Miss you big brother, life won’t be the same

EJ was my law clerk back in1976 at Nova Law Center in my first year as a law professor. . He did good research on my projects. Later we bonded over many facets of life and became good friends. After that, we became professional colleagues when I recruited him to become my co-counsel representing the American Dog Owners Association defending the rights of dog owners to own 4 breeds of dogs loosely condemned as pit bulls. EJ was a powerful legal ally. He was more importantly a loving and lovable man. I am shocked at his death and hope his family will in time overcome this terrible premature loss.
